No Refunds

At Shop Your Drop by EnvelopeWriting, each product is created on demand when you place an order. Because items are custom-printed and fulfilled specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to review sizing charts, product descriptions, and design details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@envelopewriting.com

  • Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for replacement.

Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate transactions. These are reviewed individually and remain at the sole discretion of Shop Your Drop management.
